Papillon Place (Mississauga, Pemberton)

Something strange going on with Pemberton out at the Papillon site....they just erected the crane for the 3rd Papillon building, and the 4th and supposedly final building is apparently well along in the sales cycle....so it seems odd that they have just now commenced building a bigger sales office, completely new...this is way out in N.W. Mississauga, at the corner of Erin Mills Parkway and Eglinton. Something is up...there is a lot of vacant land out there..

I've noticed this too. What could it be for? Do they have more land somewhere to develop?
