My original Over/Under for a major issue was set at 60 Days back on November 10th. So either we see a major issue/incident before or after January 10th.
They came very close to fulfilling the Under. I still say we see another major incident before January 10th

There is lots at at play if it comes back and shows the city is in the wrong and the mayor did know i don't she how he gets reelected next year.However if everything was on the up and up i don't see how the likes of Menard/Deans get re elected.

They did conform the train stopped the debate some have is was it 30 mins.Some have said yes it was other have said no and the city or OC really has not said how long it was.

I dont think customers have any incentive to lie about how long they were delayed.

Some did a couple days ago the reality is most won't but there are some.

Gosh - again.
Maybe this is what you get for running streetcars in subway tunnels. We've all been on streetcars that won't go any further and get out and walk.
