So ONR are disposing of some Polar Bear cars - because they have enough in the fleet pool now that they are getting new gear for Northlander? What car types are these?
 
I'm not sure I get the connection between a model RR company and actual, life sized rolling stock, but I guess with the decision to buy new trainsets for Northlander, they no longer need to hold onto these for potential rebuilding and they have been deemed surplus. The ones for the PBX have already been rebuilt (or at least earmarked - I'm not sure if they are all done yet). As far as I know, all of the refurbished PBX units are ex-GO single level.
