Ontario Line : King-Bathurst Station - (North 25 s + South 25 s) - Infrastructure Ontario

Here's a company that does popup retail in Montreal Metro stations. I've also seen artisans selling handmade trinkets at Metro stations. It seems like quite an evolution from the boring old Gateway newstand. You can do interesting things with spacious subway stations in terms of public realm vitality.

Presentation slides from this week's Open House for King-Bathurst "Transit-Oriented Community" above the new Ontario Line station are posted on-line.

North Building : 25-Storeys / 187 Units
South Building : 25-Storeys / 235 Units

TOTAL : 422 Units (*mostly RENTAL, "Affordable-Units" = TBD)

You think by having a new subway stop pass though these developments! They would build at least a couple of skyscrapers on these parcels of land! These towers don't even surpass the 500m mark for a legit starting hieght for skyscrapers these days ! P.S. it would be nice to see icon tall buildings. On the edge of the west end of the downtown area on King and Bathurst.
