That's a pier table. It's essentially the same depth as the beams that join the pier will be. They need to build this part conventionally and it will be the base from where the form traveler will start growing the beams out in either direction.Great to see the first pier being topped off (or whatever it's called) you can see it splitting at the top.
Also cool to see the footings (or whatever they're called) for the elevated section along Don Mills.
