Ocean Club Condos (Beaverhall Homes, Graywood Developments) - Real Estate -

I actually mentioned to them about how I visited 88 Scott and that they had the packages laid out. Happy New Year!
 
It appears that the Humber Wastewater Treatment Plant is in the vicinity. Are there any concerns about smells or odours emanating from this facility. I know that this is a big issue with residents who live near the Ashbridge's Bay facility in the east end. Thoughts?
 
Maybe I'm lucky, maybe not. For ten years I've lived just a bit north of the Ashbridges facility, in the Greenwood and Queen area, and the number of times it's smelled even remotely funky to me has been exceedingly small - a mere handful.
