As per my previous post, while built form remains the same,..... the 42 large residential units (35 two-bedroom+den and 7 three-bedroom) version won VS the 70 small residential units (mostly 1-bedroom and few 2-bedroom).

OMB hearing date was August 30 and issue date on Sept 12,.. less than 2 weeks including a long weekend. That was fast,...

These stacked townhouses are really becoming a thing, eh? Hope they're quiet.

Essentially condo apartments on the inside with the look of townhouses on the outside. It's a great way of introducing smaller and more affordable housing in lower density neighbourhoods. Downside is that they often lack yard space typically found in real townhouses and the porches are shared by 4 or more units/entrances (not an ideal place to hangout).
 
The locals including the local Councillor (John Filion) are quite against it. They think all the density along Yonge more than makes up for any additional density on Finch.
