Curtain your windows, one light and one heavy. If you wanna get a good night sleep, cover it with both. Wake up early for work/school, put the light one so your body's happier to get out of the mental purgatory that is an interrupted sleep.Ugh....it's really doin' my head in! Will have to get ear plugs I suppose because I love my place!
The curtains should block the noise coming through your windows. That's all the useful advice I can offer.
