The building is great! Property values have risen substantially since pre-construction purchases, often by around $100K+. The Board are all resident owners so they really care and they replaced the property management company last year (a change for the better!).
No building is soundproof. I've had minimal issues with neighbours. If you're REALLY worried about noise, don't purchase a unit facing the interior courtyard as sound (obviously) bounces around. There are only a few builder units left (either 2 bed/2 bath or facing Broadview therefore no outdoor balcony/terrace) but, they are being sold furnished so you can bring your toothbrush and move right in - pics are on MLS.ca. The neighbourhood is great, so values are sure to continue to rise, especially as all units are much larger square footage than those currently being built on the other side of the DVP. Be advised that no matter what your real estate agent tells you, there is no gym or pool, only a party room, it seems some recent purchasers were misinformed in that regard.
