It would help if you knew what you were talking about. 2005 was actually the biggest year for productions in Toronto's history. 2006 was slightly below average. 2007 has been horrible thus far, but that's mostly because of the ACTRA strike from earlier in the year. There's already five things signed to start shooting over the next few weeks/months.
