Aren't you going to change your location in the system preferences from Palm Beach to Coleman, FL?

Perhaps this is Jeremy Bentham for the 21st century. Anyway, I would think that decent surroundings would help rehabilitation (the US really has a regressive regime of overcrowding, supermax prisons, excessive sentences, never mind the death penalty in 36 states). That's as long as overcrowding doesn't become a problem, and if the administration is as good as the architecture.
