Cannot not find any thread on this project under various names and will start this one. I thought it was finish until I noticed it in the Condo book.

I have photo's of this building from the east side, but not the other sides before construction started or during construct until now. I always said I should take time and stop off on my way in/out of Islington until a few days ago to get some shots.

I like the look of it and the developer did a nice job.

The land along the rail corridor that was to be used for Townhouse is either lease or own by TTC to build a parking lot to replace the spaces lost at Islington when it gets redevelop.

Have they done construction on this building twice?
It has turned out really well. It looks nothing like the original building.

They are doing landscaping at this time.

It is hard to say if anyone is living here as I see next to no lights and a few unites that say someone is there.

It has taken years to get to this point.

The Townhouse area is block off now and this was supposed to be TTC new parking lots, but TTC has no need for it now.

I really, really wish that they hadn't used beige on the outside of this building. White is tolerable, but blue-grey would have been a better match for the windows. Carrying the vertical panels on the lower floors all the way to the roof would have helped too.

in all fairness though ... all white precast can look dirty and ugly very quickly as well
