I noticed that when I up the thermostat control I only get cool air. I am guessing that during (cold nights) in the Summer warm air is not available via central air?

Yes, that's right. Your prop mgt should have posted an announcement regarding this on the bulletin boards at the mail room and/or elevators.

My condo on Queens Quay had a self-contained environmental control =heat/cold on demand and no fruit fly infestation from the (Neo) air ducts. Guess it's off to Canadian Tire for a portable heater

Anyone receive a hydro bill as yet? I applied for a Hydro account last year but haven't receive a bill.

you should get it in the 3rd month after you register I think. The bills are for 2 months, you get sent bill on 3rd month.
