Overall, fine'ish.............but, simplify the expression, it does not need three different facade treatments on one elevation.

Stick with the brick all the way across the podium, use above-podium treatment across what is now a central cut out as well, send it all the way up.

Also, remove that inset for the entrance entirely.

My version would look much better, and have the virtue of being lower cost to construct and faster to go up.
 
I guess we won't have to hear them complain about Nordic looking into their backyards anymore.

I'd like some firm details about the laneway between Nordic and this, as Nordic was supposed to be fixing it up after construction but is now apparently refusing to do so.
 
Just a follow up, they do have path lighting. Hopefully they do something with this other than gravel when they start working on the "park" next to the Nordic building.
