The panhandlers aren't local at all... they're hitchhiking white people from far far away.

For awhile there was a panhandler at the 427 exit at Dundas in Etobicoke. Eventually they put up a "panhandling prohibited" sign, and no more panhandling took place there. The police must have monitored it for quick results.

If I remember correctly, a commercial component will be facing onto Markham, with a parking area for the commercial units and the residential area set back from Markham.
I am not sure how this commercial component will enhance the streetscape, but at least it will have stores that address the street.

the east tower basic structure seems completed ... although I'm not a fan of the stucco cladding, but the general massing / terracing of the building does seem quite decent IMO

there's not much info on the builder or much buzz but this seems like a natural place to build a condo community. There's not much if any new condos being built in scarborough outside of SRTC

Not impress with the looks of this thing even in the dull weather.
Give it 10 years at best, it will look run down.
Taken for every to get this built. Looks like there no rush to get the comerical section up.
The last time I shot anything for this site was last fall with the commerical slab in place.
