a '1 bed room plus den' means nothing as the developers definition of a den has changed to a nook in a hallway.

This north tower 2+1 penthouse is listed at $5k/month. Mid-floor 1+1s are listed at $2k, so I'm guessing the penthouse 1+1 is listed at $3k to $3.5k
