According to the Aoyuan M2M to Winnet sales contract,.. Winnet is now responsible.

The terms and condition of the Aoyuan M2M sale to Winnet Capital Ltd (a BS numbered company just registered a few months ago,... for this $68million transaction,.... wholly owned by Ms. Shiya Li - who of course, Nooo-body have ever heard of either):

It seems since Aoyuan in Asia ordered sales of all oversea assets in Summer 2023 and now that the M2M sale to Winnet is being completed,... Aoyuan Canada folks are now left high and dry,... some/many of Aoyuan Canada's Toronto staff that were responsible for Aoyuan's M2M are now or will be with Winnet,....
