First of all, this is not to advertise that i am looking for an agent. so please no PMs on that kind of stuff. I already have an agent but just using this as a medium to further my search.
looking to buy a townhouse, condo or loft (hard loft preferred) within the $250,000-$320,000 range.
Ideally, a one bedroom plus den (cos I know thats what my money can get at this time). But might expand budget a little bit more for a solid 2 bedroom.
Parking would be a plus plus...
Great location around downtown. Somewhere nice
I like liberty village, st. lawrence market area, king west, might as well add queen west, yorkville.....any area thats nice and filled with potential is great. Am a young professional...so I like it to be close to the stuff we like....restuarnts, shops, bars etc
Nothing on the Eastside though(nothing across the DVP)
preconstruction is fine as long as its ready by at least next March or April.
