Looking for 1959 info on Long Branch

Came across this website and discovered there is some real history buffs out there.
I am not located in GTA, but have some roots there.
I'm currently restoring an item that was bought in 1959 at a Hardware store in Long Branch. The phone # (I think it's the phone #) was CR-8-7831.
I've included a picture of the decal I'd like to reproduce.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

How does Briscoe's Hardware and Sporting Goods sound?
I think the "Lake" at the bottom is for the address - either Lakeshore Blvd or in Lakeview (Mississauga) not Long Branch.

Wow! That sounds like it is probably the right place.
My grandfather lived in Long Branch, back then.
It is part of an old pedal tractor made by Thistle, that he got for me in 1959.
I did call Toronto Records Dept. today, but didn't get anywhere with them.

There is a reference to the Bell Telephone exchanges - they mentioned Cresent (CR-8) was the exchange for Lakeview.
