Looking for a resale or near completed loft east of Yonge
Ideally near the Eatons Centre

Any links?

it depends what your looking far. for a hard loft there aren't very many near eaton centre. not too far are:

tannery lofts
vinegar lofts
knitmilling lofts

Im looking for either, high ceilings are really what im looking for
and of course close to the subway line

Merchandise Lofts? Pretty close to the E.C.

I see a listing for this right now on MLS

What are the price ranges in this place for a 1 bedroom?

I see a nice unit with parking and a balcony for $289k but I question if this is low for a bidding war set up or is this the price?

There are dozens upon dozens of hard loft buildings on the downtown east side.

Without knowing more about your needs (budget? size? large complex, or boutique?) it's hard to be more specific. A realtor, and cruising MLS, can help answer some questions. There are many smaller buildings with 5-20 units. Too many to list.

As a base, $350K will get you a 700sqft 1b hard loft, with prices generally decreasing as you move east, and around Dundas & Sherbourne.

EDIT: Est. prices are a little out of date, but go here: http://www.remaxcondosplus.com/toronto-condo-buildings/EastEndLofts.html

I was hoping to find a 1bed room with parking (Street ok) for $300k or less

Ideally would be closer to Yonge (walking to subway)

I am not against hard or soft loft either.

I like something with NO ammentieis ideally to keep condo fee's lower
is my biggest concern is keeping condo fee's lower

I know im pickey

After just looking for my first home I can tell you it will be difficult to find a loft for under $300K with parking.

You can get a loft for $300k but expect to pay $25K for parking (if brand new)
