The idea of having diatomaceous earth in the wall is neat - it should be the default in all residential/institutional construction.

Question, if you know, AOD, how would this be used 'inside' walls? ie. would be it be an embedded substance in drywall or would it be left in its loosed powder form, either at the base of the studs or coating the studs or drywall?

Just curious.

Don't know actually - don't see any info around either on this particular application.

Another interesting thing is whether they could have built it a special function that allow in unit heating instead of having to have a special room for it. I suppose there could be issues with that (the fridge, combustables, etc).
