Interesting project, some buyers may confuse it to be Concord Park Place since its so close to it.
Prices are out of this world... why not wait for Concord's next phase?

the design is very 1980/90s suburbia Toronto ...
$550 PSF for North York ?!?
Maybe they'll sell enough units to doctors at NYGH.
