how do you know whats a good price?

I bought there at Concord Park Place Joyce. I have no idea how much it is worth now but the new development, Tango, is going for about 420 to 430 per square foot from what I hear. If you buy a new development I think that is the going rate in the area. Its also more expensive if it is right near the subway station. Good luck.
