The current iteration proposes 6 townhouse blocks and a 5-storey mid-rise, along with the retention of the heritage home on the site to be used as office. Proponent is LCT Investments / GT Management Corp. Architect is Kohn Partnership. Applications are currently under appeal at the OLT, scheduled for a Merit Hearing on June 17th
