La Nectarine, which opened at the former spot of Love Chix at Dupont & Franklin, have announced they're closing at this location and need to relocate. Reportedly, it's due to the chef owner and landlord/investor not being able to come to terms. According to BlogTo, they're working to sign a lease for a new location in Little Portugal, so presumably somewhere along Dundas West.
