Holy parking lots, Batman I'm hoping that the north side will be developed sooner rather than later starting with the old Sportschex location.

Cinplex just recently bought the company that owns Playdium. I wouldn't be surprised if within a year or two, Ciniplex announces plans to redesign Playdium to create a new entertainment centre. Consolidating the arcade and park with a new movie theatre. Maybe opening up a restaurant as well.

This would mean the existing theatre down the road will close. That whole lot will be open to devlopment.

Of course this is all purely speculation.
