Is any one know do we have the right to lease after occupancy day?
Did you receive a further delay notice?My "FIRM" occupancy date has been delayed from January 26 to February 15.
I highly suspect that it will be delayed again, because the building and the public space inside it appear far from completion.
What do you guys think?

I received an email from my lawyer tonight, regarding sign the occupancy closing documents. Also the key release information and utilities company welcome letter. My occupancy day is Feb 16.We should be notice this week if there are any further delays for Feb 15 occupancy day.
