Can you clarify what you mean by strong community in the GTA? Each neighbourhood is different but there are community centres both public and private with lots of programs for the community. There are events like city and neighbourhood festivals. What specifically do you think Toronto and the GTA are missing?

Specific neighborhood festivals are the kind of thing I was thinking, but you can post about anything you want on this thread, as long as it has to do with the main idea.
