There was a nice little article, and a photograph of Luis and Amos in their magnificent plumagewear, in the Globe on Saturday, explaining the travails they have encountered with the humourless bureaucrats at City Hall while attempting to set up their Pigeon Condo art installation. I happened by the site on Sunday, just as the lads were stripping down, abandoning their civvies, and slipping into something more feathery - and they were as cheerful, charming, and chirpy as ever.
