Homicide down across GTA in 2008, up in Peel

I don't know about the GTA, but it looks like we're in for another record low homicide rate for Toronto for 2009.

However, in the last 3 months or so, the homicide rate has been rapidly increasing in Toronto. Had it not been for that, we could have seen 50 or less homicides for 2009.
