The University of Toronto is set to pursue a multi-phase, multi-year restoration and modernization of Hart House.
The Phase 1 project will role out preliminary works as soon as this summer.
The heritage is being retained/restored, but most building systems will see substantial replacement. There is also a modest underground expansion of the building to accommodate new mechanicals.
