On a side note, my friend's brother just bought a loft in Hamilton. Looks like an interesting place to invest in real estate...well as long as you stay clear of Stinson's nonsense.

Your friends brother bought into Stinson school lofts? Is there a thread here on UT for it?

my parents friends bought a unit years ago as an investment, I think they paid $150ish but that was in 2009? 2010? I know they were upset last time I saw them (around new years) about the delays.
