Keep in mind that the story is written by the homebuilder's President so its intention is laced with subliminal 'now is the best time to buy!' undertones invisible to the naked eye. This is not journalism guys, it's advertorial.

I was actually surprised to read this article, as it was somewhat bearish about TO real estate. However, as you noted, there were subliminal undertones which I'm sure will be referred to in upcoming articles.
He will probably be talking about the over-taxation on developers/buyers, etc. but will omit that these fees have to pay for the infrastructure that will be used by the new 40s-80s tower that will be built, which increases the load capacity by 1,000% for that area. (based on assumption of increased density from typical 3s to 40s)
