India Palace on Queen Street by Duncan is my favourite Indian restaurant on Queen.

They seem to get less attention as they are the newcomer even though they have been there for a few years now.

Tomasso's Trattoria at 400 eastern.
What the lack in ambiance they make up for in affordable authentic italian cuisine which is very tasty.

Kaseki Sakura at Church and Wellesley. It's not cheap, but the food is amazing. Do the 5 course Omasaki menu with Saki pairings at least once.
