Massive development proposal for 4 new 10s apartment buildings at 2700 Huron Church Road, directly north of the commercial plaza at the NE side of the intersection of Huron Church Road and Tecumseh Road West. This lot has been vacant for a long time and will add a huge amount of new residential capacity in west Windsor. Westdell went on a massive buying spree in Windsor a few years ago and is now revitalizing many of Windsor's long-dilapidated and underused commercial plazas.
