SvN and Rolf Seifert Architect are reimagining the Fraser-Mowat block in #LibertyVillage, which will include commercial mixed-use built out as raw space, rooftop landscapes, an interconnected market at the podium, and what will be Liberty Village's largest public rooftop.

Looks like something did go in but nothing was scheduled:

Proposal for multiple projects to an existing 2 storey office building. Scope of work includes alterations to existing building and new 3rd to 8th floor additions including mechanical penthouse. Address includes 54-60 Fraser Ave.

That last rendering screams "this is where the Liberty Village south perimeter road should be built! (Even if it were to end up simply as pedestrian and cycling infrastructure.)
