I went with FH for a few reasons. Design, heritage restoration/incorporation, a great mix of retail and restaurants, and a mid-block north-south pedestrian connection.

Exactly. The execution is superb both in terms of the picture-perfect restoration and the attractive modern building. It gives back with great retail and quality landscaping. It may become an iconic building in time for the curtains--the kind of risky novel idea that developers generally reject.
