If I could choose, I would give Waterlink and Hullmark a tie, with honourable mention to The Heathview (we need more purpose-built rentals, and more density at St. Clair West station).

Having to pick just one, I voted for Hullmark because I'm up in North York a lot more than the waterfront. I really appreciate how this building takes the materials' quality and construction execution to the next level for North York Centre. I also appreciate the plaza at the corner, how they have integrated the retail & office and the fresh subway entrance.

That said, Waterlink is the more adventurous building architecturally, will also revitalize the area it is in. If it wins, I would neither be surprised nor upset. Consider my vote a strategic one to give Hullmark a bit of a boost.
