when i was looking at purchasing in Stanley (also Tribute) few years ago, the sales rep told me their units were designed for investors as opposed to end users when i complained about the small size of the bedrooms and units.
True. Bur our celebrated planner hasn't been very successful on this file.I wouldn't lay it solely at the feet of the city. The OMB surely has a lot to answer for.
Not unique to Toronto though - I have read first hand accounts of three adults and two kids living in 900 sq.m in Madrid with no outdoor access (communal areas are closed to use).
