I tried posting a reply to the NFL thread in Toronto Issues. Whenever I hit "Submit Reply" I get a page with this...

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /newreply.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

When I typed my reply the screen showed that I was still logged into the forum.

Why?
