Something cool to note is the new dashboard feature reveals that the Toronto we see in Koop's renders has a population of 3.6 million which is huge but still nowhere near the levels of NYC. I wonder how long it will take for the city to have enough proposed development that it would match current NYC population if all were to be built out.
