I'm surprised to see the Science Centre's parking lots being turned into streets and development. A good thing, sure - but who owns it!

They may have to rename that station if it's no longer near the Science Centre! In the long run, there may well be a DRL stop that's going to be closer to the Science Centre in the logn run!

Celestica, the Science Centre (both the parking lots and the attraction itself), the Real Canadian Superstore, and the Mormon Church may end up being redeveloped.
