This is just the smaller building replacing the podium area of the old 4$ where the Sbux etc used to be. It's just an extension of the "New Rez at Yorkville Plaza." 18 large units--wonder how they'll sell in this market?
Is this really going to be completely separate from the rest of the project, I thought they were even together in the same application. What makes you think they would use a different architect? I bet it's P+S and IBI here as well.
