It would be nice if they made the ceiling traps easier to get to and clean. It's right above the laundry units with very little room to maneuver. In one of my old condo's, there was an option years later to upgrade the ceiling trap to something easier to open and discharge for a couple of hundred dollars (IIRC). I was moving out soon and so didn't opt for it, but a part of me strangely still regrets that decision.
