Condo areas

[King of Kensington]

Of TO's condo neighborhoods, do you have a particular one you prefer? Old Town/St. Lawrence or King-Spadina? Or Yorkville? Or Harbourfront? Or something else? Thinking mostly downtown but I suppose we could debate Yonge-St. Clair vs. Yonge-Eglinton, or even downtown North York.

* I get some of these aren't "full" condo neighborhoods.

For me, it would probably be King-Spadina (though I much prefer the west side of Spadina over the east) or King East/Old Town/St. Lawrence.

Not surprising I guess. This board is dominated by progressive urbanists under 60 - hence no votes for Yorkville!
