This is interesting. I wonder where these places are in Canada. Hamilton in the 1990s comes to mind.
Not much in Canada. A national search for under $100k filtering out vacant land, trailer park homes and apartment/condos doesn't leave much. Nothing under $50k has the old brick exterior, and rarely in an urban setting like we see in the rust belt, USA.
