There is a general description here, but I would love to see the procurement document with the full description of what is being bid on. Same for the fibre optic network they also want to build throughout the subway -- strangely it does not sound like they will pull it through to the surface and sell capacity to third parties, although any fibre network they are building out would almost certainly have lots of capacity to do so.
