Montreal for a few days in July, then Northern Ontario for a week in August. Keeping close to home this summer.

I will probably visit Halifax for a long weekend+ to visit my parents, but I am not a big summer vacation person.... Summer is not my time for vacation, the weather is just too hot 
I will wait until Dec/Jan timeframe and rent a corporate apartment in Bangkok again (partly vacation; partly working remotely). While I am there I will meet up with friends currently living in that region (Singapore, Hong Kong and maybe Japan). There is a good chance that my sister will stop over in Bangkok for a while during that timeframe (current posting Ramala, West Bank & E. Jeruselum - much safer than her last posting -- which was in the Green Zone - Baghdad).
I will probably stay at the Mayfair Marriott again this time, it is a reasonably nice area/place to stay
