I have seen this at City Hall in New York. It's very cool. I had no idea what it was when I saw it there - interesting to put some background and context around it now.

I first noticed this piece when I was looking out the window of my parents' condo (they live across the street). I think it's very cool, and can't tell you how relieved I am that it's not to be used for advertising.

I saw it on my way to work this morning, I thought it was very cool looking, but at 5:30am, they were the only things walking on the street, lol.
