There is a nice retail variety in the area - that being said however, I've been quietly hoping for these two establishments to vanish for years...

The foundation of their core business (money laundering) is not going anywhere, even as the customer base providing the legitimacy disappears. I imagine a lot of the money laundering that used to go through strip clubs is now going through pot and vape stores, though.

^Of course any activity here is always secondary to the real purpose: development! Whoever owns the land is laughing all the way to the bank!
